Admin Best Practices: Customizing the Summary View of the Info Tab

As an admin configuring your community, it is important to customize the Summary View of the info tab so your team access the data they need. 

To customize your Info Tab Summary View follow these steps:

1. Access your community manager from the tools menu:


2. Select "Configuration" from your Settings dropdown menu:




3. Scroll down to "Sherpa Configuration" and click "Edit":


4. Add data fields to the Summary View by searching for and clicking the desired field in the left column:


5. Remove fields from the Summary View by searching for and clicking the desired field in the right column:





6. Once saved, your Summary View will reflect the chosen fields in Info Tab of your Sherpa:
