Coach Manager Sherpa Overview

The Coach Manager Sherpa enables users with Coach Manager permissions to monitor and track coach activity on the LRM platform.

Coach Manager Dashboard Features

The Coach Manager Dashboard provides key insights and tools for managing coaches and students. 

Coach Manager Dashboard includes the following three sections:

1. Communication Section

   • Messages – View and send messages.

   • Mentions – Track mentions in discussions.

   • SMS – Monitor and send SMS notifications.

2. Coaches Section

   • My Coaches – View and manage assigned coaches.

   • All Students – Search and track all students.

   • All New Students – Monitor newly added students.

3. Analytics

   • Advanced analytics related to student performance, engagement, and coaching activity.

Key features of the Coach Manager Dashboard include: 

My Coaches

• Displays a list of all users assigned a Coach role.

• Allows individual or bulk actions (e.g., messaging, recommendations).

• Provides access to each coach’s assigned students.

• Reactive View – Tracks coaching activity and student engagement.

• Proactive View – Displays data averages related to each coach’s students, such as mentor connections, community involvement, and goal progress.

All Students & All New Students

• Enables advanced searches across the student population based on any tracked system data.

Dashboard Analytics

• Contains data points illustrating coaching activities, student engagement trends, and other key data captured in the Coach Manager Sherpa.
