How do I reduce image sizes in Powerpoints?
1) Click the picture that you want to change the resolution for.
2) Under Format Picture, click Compress:
3) For Picture Quality, select: Best for sending in e-mail:
4) Select Remove cropped picture regions and All picture in this file
5) Save the file
