The Mentoring tab helps staff understand and manage a student's network of mentorship connections. It is available only for communities that have the "Mentoring Program" enabled.

This tab consists of two sub-tabs:

Mentor Sub-Tab 👨‍🏫



• Displays a list of all mentors connected to the student.

• Shows mentor recommendations made by staff.

• Lists incoming mentor requests from potential mentors.

• Displays outgoing mentor requests sent by the student.

Mentee Sub-Tab 👩‍🎓



• Displays a list of all mentees connected to the student.

• Shows incoming mentee requests from students who want mentorship.

• Lists outgoing mentee requests sent by the student.

At the top-right corner of this tab, there is a blue "Recommend Mentor" button, which staff can use to suggest mentors for the student.

🔹 Staff Capabilities:

• Remove mentors/mentees if needed.

• Cancel mentor recommendations made by staff.

This tab ensures that students are actively engaged in building valuable mentorship relationships, helping them grow academically and professionally. 🚀
