The Sherpa Dropdown (also known as the Role Dropdown) is located at the top-left of the screen ⬅️. It allows staff users to switch between roles and access their respective dashboards and screens 🧭.

Most staff users will only see roles assigned to them, such as Coach or Instructor 🎓. The dropdown ensures users can perform role-specific tasks quickly and efficiently ⚡.

Currently, there are five Sherpa roles:

• 👥 Coach Manager – Can view:

  • My Coaches

  • Students of each coach

  • All Students

  • All New Students

• 🧑‍🏫 Coach – Can view:

  • My Students

  • All Students

  • My New Students

• 🧑‍💼 Instructor Manager – Can view:

  • All Instructors

  • Students of each instructor

• 👨‍🎓 Instructor – Can view:

  • All Courses

  • Students enrolled in each course

• 🤝 Mentor Coach – Can view:

  • All Students enrolled in mentoring programs

🔐 Note: Community Admins have access to all Sherpa roles by default.
