What is the Advanced Search in the Sherpa view?

The Advanced Search is a powerful tool that helps staff find students or groups of students based on specific conditions or data points.


There are 135+ searchable fields such as:

  • First Name / Last Name

  • Student ID

  • Proactive Score

  • Last Login

  • LDA (Last Date of Attendance)

  • Course Grade ...and many more.

👀 How it works:

  • Staff can add one or more filters to refine their search.

  • Example:
     Last Login > 30 days AND Submission Rate < 50%
     This will show students who haven’t logged in recently and are performing poorly.


⚡ This helps staff identify at-risk students early and plan their outreach or intervention strategy.


You can create any combination of filters to narrow down your caseload, spot trends, and take informed actions.
