How can I edit or delete a Saved Search?

Staff can easily modify or remove their Custom Saved Searches directly from the Saved Searches dropdown. (Note: Default Saved Searches cannot be edited or deleted.)


✏️ Edit a Saved Search

  1. Click the Saved Searches dropdown above the table.

  2. Locate the custom search you want to edit.

  3. Click the ✎ (Edit) icon beside it.


  4. The Advanced Search modal will open with pre-filled filters.

  5. Make any changes to the filters or conditions.

  6. Click “Save Search”.

  7. In the popup:  - Enable "Overwrite Search"
     - Select the search to update
     - Click Save


✅ The search will now be updated with the new criteria.


🗑️ Delete a Saved Search

  1. Click the Saved Searches dropdown.

  2. Click the 🗑️ (Delete) icon next to the search.

  3. A confirmation popup will appear.

  4. Click “Continue” to confirm deletion.



These options give staff control over managing saved filters and maintaining relevant search shortcuts.
