How can I edit or delete a Saved Search?
Staff can easily modify or remove their Custom Saved Searches directly from the Saved Searches dropdown. (Note: Default Saved Searches cannot be edited or deleted.)
✏️ Edit a Saved Search

Click the Saved Searches dropdown above the table.

Locate the custom search you want to edit.

Click the ✎ (Edit) icon beside it.

The Advanced Search modal will open with pre-filled filters.

Make any changes to the filters or conditions.

Click “Save Search”.

In the popup: - Enable "Overwrite Search"
- Select the search to update
- Click Save -
✅ The search will now be updated with the new criteria.
🗑️ Delete a Saved Search

Click the Saved Searches dropdown.

Click the 🗑️ (Delete) icon next to the search.

A confirmation popup will appear.

Click “Continue” to confirm deletion.

These options give staff control over managing saved filters and maintaining relevant search shortcuts.
