What Bulk Reports are available in Sherpa?
Fidelis provides built-in Bulk Reports to help staff export and review detailed information about students, mentors, and platform usage. These reports are particularly useful for tracking engagement, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making. They are emailed directly to the user as downloadable links, ensuring secure access and flexibility.

Available in all Sherpa modules (Coach, Instructor, Mentor Coach), the User Report provides a comprehensive snapshot of user activity and engagement.

📥 Access Method:
Click on the report download icon in the top-right corner of the Sherpa table view. Select "User Report" and an email will be sent with the download link in CSV format.
🔹 2. Connections Report (Mentor Coach Module Only)
Exclusively available for Mentor Coaches, this report focuses on mentoring relationships and connection status.
📧 When triggered, it sends an email with links to three separate CSV files:

Current Mentor Connections Report:
Lists active mentor-mentee connections. -
Past Mentor Connections Report:
Shows previously ended mentoring relationships. -
Flat Mentor Connections Report:
A consolidated table of all mentor-mentee pairs with relevant details.
