👩‍🏫 Instructor Sherpa – Student List Overview

This view provides instructors and coaches with a comprehensive, interactive list of students they are associated with. It supports monitoring, filtering, and taking actions at scale based on real-time academic and engagement data.

🔍 Student Views & Filters

Saved Searches

• Default and custom saved filters available.

• 📁 My Students – students actively assigned to the instructor

• 🆕 My New Students – recent enrollments or newly assigned students

• 💾 Instructors can save custom searches for repeated use
  

Search Options

• 🔎 Simple Search: Search by student name

• 🧠 Advanced Search: Filter by Term, Course, Section, and use logical operators (AND, OR)

• 

Note: As an Instructor in Sherpa, you can only access and view your own students. To view students assigned to other instructors, you must have Instructor Manager permissions.

📋 Student Information Displayed

Each student row (Nametile) includes:

• 👤 Name and Program

• 📌 Status (e.g., Active, New)

• 🧑‍🏫 Assigned Coach

• 🚩 Flags (Log, Check-in, Session) – clickable and navigates to relevant tabs

• 💬 Unread Messages/SMS – opens respective communication tabs

• 🧮 Grade, GPA, LDA (Last Date Attended), Fails, SR% (Success Rate), and Course Code

🔗 Clicking the student name opens their detailed profile view.

🔄 Sorting & Pagination

• 🔃 Column Sorting: Click any column header (GPA, SR%) to sort ascending/descending

• 🔽 Infinite Scroll: Automatically loads more students as you scroll down

📤 Bulk Actions

✅ Select multiple students using checkboxes to perform:
