How can I message or manage another Coach's students?
There can be cases where a Coach is temporarily unavailable due to reasons like leave, workload balancing, or transition of responsibilities. In such situations, another Coach can step in to support the students assigned to the unavailable coach.

π How to Access Another Coach's Students:

Open the Advanced Search panel

In the Coach dropdown, select the name of the coach who is unavailable

Click Search

You will now see the list of all students assigned to that coach

Once you have the list, the platform allows you to perform all the same actions the original coach could:
