How does the "View All" Private Notes notification type work for staff?

There is a special notification type that can open the Student Detail View directly from the notifications.


📌 Scenario:
When a staff user tags another staff user in the

Student Detail View → Activity Tab → Private Notes

Then, the tagged staff user will receive a notification both in the platform and via email.


📩 What happens when the notification or email link is clicked?

  • It opens the details of the notification inside the platform.


  • At the top right of the notification, there is a "View All" button.

  • Clicking "View All" takes the staff user directly to the Student Detail View.

  • It also opens the "Private Note" category and binds it in the Activity dropdown automatically.



👥 Note:
This "View All" option is only visible to staff users with the following roles:

  • Coach

  • Coach Manager

  • Instructor

  • Instructor Manager
