The Mentor Dashboard in Fidelis is your one-stop hub to manage all your mentoring activities—whether you're looking for a mentor, already have one, or want to track your mentoring progress.

🧭 Where to Find It

You can access the Mentor Dashboard from the main navigation:
People Icon → Mentors

Or from the Mentors section on the left side of the Learning Path.

The dashboard has two main tabs: Mentors and Requests.

👥 Mentors Tab – Manage Your Mentor Relationships

Here you’ll see your current and past mentors, and you can search for new ones too.

Key features include:

• Mentor Spot Availability: See how many mentor spots are open for you. Click to update this in your account settings.

• Current Mentors: View all mentors you're currently connected with.

  • Message: Send messages directly from the dashboard.

  • ⭐ Favorite: Mark important mentors as favorites.

  • ❌ Remove: Hover over the card to find the “X” icon and remove a mentor.

• Add Mentor: Looking for more guidance? Click to search for and add a new mentor.

• Recommended Mentors: The system suggests mentors based on your profile and interests.

• Past Mentors: Toggle between Current and Past to view mentoring history.

📩 Requests Tab – Track Invitations & Requests

This tab helps you manage both incoming and outgoing mentor requests.

• Incoming Requests: If a mentor wants to connect with you, it will show up here. You can Accept or Decline.

• Outgoing Requests: View all the mentor requests you’ve sent.

  • You can Resend or Revoke any pending invitations.

• You’ll also see Recommendation Requests from staff (like coaches, instructors, or mentor coaches) that you can respond to.

🟪 Right Sidebar – Profile Completion & Preferences

Having a complete profile increases your chances of being matched with the right mentor.

From the sidebar, you can:

• View Profile and make edits

• Add Interests relevant to your goals

• Update Functions & Industries you’re interested in

• Edit Preferred Location (where you’d like to work or live)

• Manage Preferences – Set which criteria matter most to you in a mentor

• Review Training – There’s a short Learning App about mentoring. Completing it makes you eligible to mentor someone else.

Need extra guidance? Click “View All” to access helpful mentoring articles and documents.

🕒 Activity Feed

See a timeline of your mentor-related actions—such as invites sent, mentors added, or requests received. Click “View All” to access the feed in a new page where you can comment, attach files on various activities related to mentoring.
