The Mentee Dashboard is your central hub for managing mentoring relationships where you are a mentor to others. It allows you to view and manage your current mentees, discover recommended mentees, handle mentoring requests, and keep your profile up-to-date to enhance visibility.

🧭 Where to Find It

You can access the Mentor Dashboard from the main navigation:
People Icon → Mentees

Or from the Mentees section on the left side of the Learning Path.

The dashboard is divided into two main tabs:

1. 👥 Mentees Tab
   This section displays your current mentees and helps manage active mentoring relationships.

Key features include:

• 🔢 Mentee Slot Availability: View the number of available mentee slots. Click the link provided to navigate to the settings page where you can adjust your maximum mentee limit.

• 👤 Current Mentees: Browse your active mentees.

  • Message: Communicate directly from the dashboard.

  • ⭐ Favorite: Mark mentees as favorites for quick access.

    ❌ Remove: Hover over the card to find the “X” icon and remove a mentor.

• ➕ Add Mentee: Add new mentees by selecting this option.

• 🧭 Recommended Mentees: Discover suggested mentees based on your profile and interests. Click “View All Recommendations” to explore more.

• 🕘 Past Mentees: Switch between “Current” and “Past” mentees to view prior mentoring relationships.

✉️ Requests Tab
This section helps you manage mentorship request workflows.

• 📩 Incoming Requests: View pending mentorship requests from potential mentees. You can Accept or Decline each request.

• 📤 Outgoing Requests: Monitor the requests you’ve sent to mentees.

  • Options include Resend or Revoke each request.

🟪 Profile Completion Panel (Right Sidebar)
Improve your mentor visibility and engagement by completing your profile. The sidebar includes quick links to:

• Add Interests
  
• Update Functions & Industry
  
• Edit Preferred Location
  
• Manage Preferences

• Review Training – There’s a short Learning App about mentoring. Completing it makes you eligible to mentor someone else.
  

📚 Resources Section
Find useful documents, guides, and references. Use “View All” to access the complete resource library.

🕒 Activity Feed
Stay updated with recent mentoring activity, such as added mentees and request updates. Click “View All” to browse the full activity history.

👥 Mentees Tab – Manage Your Mentee Relationships

Here you’ll see your current and past mentees, and you can search for new ones too.

Key features include:

• Mentee Spot Availability: See how many mentee spots are open for you. Click to update this in your account settings.

• Current Mentees: View all mentees you're currently connected with.

  • Message: Send messages directly from the dashboard.

  • ⭐ Favorite: Mark important mentees as favorites.

  • ❌ Remove: Hover over the card to find the “X” icon and remove a mentee.

• Add Mentee: Looking for sharing your guidance to others? Click to search for and add a new mentee.

• Recommended Mentees: The system suggests mentees based on your profile and interests.

• Past Mentees: Toggle between Current and Past to view mentoring history.

📩 Requests Tab – Track Invitations & Requests

This tab helps you manage both incoming and outgoing mentee requests.

• Incoming Requests: If a mentee wants to connect with you, it will show up here. You can Accept or Decline.

• Outgoing Requests: View all the mentee requests you’ve sent.

  • You can Resend or Revoke any pending invitations.

• You’ll also see Recommendation Requests from staff (like coaches, instructors, or mentor coaches) that you can respond to.

🟪 Right Sidebar – Profile Completion & Preferences

Having a complete profile increases your chances of being matched with the right mentee.

From the sidebar, you can:

• View Profile and make edits

• Add Interests relevant to your goals

• Update Professional Experience - Add most recent employment

  information 

• Manage Preferences – Set which criteria matter most to you in a mentee
