✅ Joining a Community

To join a community, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Community Dashboard

   • Access it via the People icon > Communities in the global sidebar, or

   • Through the Communities section in your Learning Path screen, by clicking on the Plus(+) icon.

2. Click the “Explore Communities” tab

   • This page lists all available communities in the university.

   • 
     

   • Use the search box to look up communities by name.

   • Sort using options like:

     • Alphabetical

     • Community Size

3. Join or Apply

   • Each community card will display either:

     • Join (open communities – no approval needed)

     • Apply (restricted communities – require approval)

   • Community cards will show the community logo, banner, size, and a brief description.

🔔 You might also get community recommendations from Coaches, Instructors, or Admins.
These will appear under "My Communities" and trigger in-app notifications and emails.

❌ Leaving a Community

• You can exit only from sub-communities or training groups, not from your primary (parent) community.

• In "My Communities", locate the sub-community you wish to leave.

• Click the red minus (−) icon on the community tile.

• A confirmation prompt will appear → Click "Continue" to proceed with leaving.
