What is the Resources Section in a Community and how is it used?

📚 Resources Section

The Resources section provides a centralized location for all your community-specific learning content, including documents, links, and learning apps.

It is divided into two tabs:

🧩 Apps Tab

This tab displays all the Apps, Badges, App Sequences, and Badge Sequences associated with the community.

You can:

• ➕ Add to Learning Path

• 📅 Move to Future

• 🔁 Retake Badges

Clicking the name of any learning app opens its detail view where you can:

• 📖 View contents

• ✅ Add, Continue, Retake, or Move to Future, Update Target Dates as needed

Search & Filter Options:

• 🔍 Use the search box to find a specific app or badge

• 🏷️ Click on tags to filter content

• 
  

• #️⃣ Search using #tags to narrow results by topic or skill

📄 Documents Tab

Here you'll find all community-related documents such as guides, templates, policies, and more.

You can:

• 👁 View documents

• ⬇️ Download documents

• ✏️ Edit/Remove – (Admin only)

Admins also see an "Upload Resources" button (top right), which allows them to:

• 📤 Upload files

• 
  

• 🔗 Add web links

• 
  

• 📝 Rename or delete documents and Edit or delete web links
