An app publisher can withdraw an app so it is no longer available.

1) Navigate to Tools -> Learning App Author -> All Published Apps

2) Select an App, choose Actions, then click Withdraw from the drop-down menu.

NOTE: Only the most recent version of apps are available to your users in the app marketplace.
