Learning Apps can be written by any member of a Learning Community who has App Authoring permissions. Your organization can write all of it's own content or choose to form partnerships and display apps from other communities.

The App Author typically writes the learning app, creates or curates the content, builds the assessments and aligns the content with whatever standards they deem suitable. The learning community then publishes the app to one of three places:

1) Internally to the community
2) To partner communities
3) To the Global App Marketplace
