App Publishers can publish or reject learning apps once they've been submitted by app authors.

To publish a learning app, navigate to the Learning App Author page, go to the Submitted Apps tab, select the app you want to publish, click Actions, then choose Publish.

You can choose to publish the app to:

1) Anyone in this community
2) Not listed in the Learning App Store
3) Global Learning App Store

Note: Only users with the App Publisher permission can publish apps.
