How do I change the visibility settings for an App or Badge?
For new Apps and Badges, once you select Publish from the Actions drop down menu you will be prompted to change the visibility settings:
Select one of the following 3 visibility options before clicking the blue Publish button to publish your new App/Badge:
1) Anyone in this community: The App/Badge will be visible to all users in this community
2) Not-listed in the Learning App Store: Hides App/Badge from all student users, no access from Global Learning App Store or Apps tab on Community Page
3) Global Learning App Store: App/Badge can be accessed from Global Learning App Store by all LRM communities
To change the visibility settings of an existing App/Badge, open the App/Badge from your Learning App Author page and use Visibility Setting drop down menu to select the desired change.
