The Help Tool is a great way to get quick answers to your questions.

📌 How to Access Help

1️⃣ Click the Help icon in the left sidebar.
2️⃣ Type in your question and click next.

3️⃣ Select the most relevant Help Desk article from the search results.

📌 If Your Question is Answered

✅ Click "This answers my question" at the bottom of the article.

✅ You can still choose to send a message to our team if needed.

📌 If Your Question is NOT Answered

🔄 Click the Back arrow and click the "Skip and Send Message".

✍️ Submit your question along with your email address before sending.
