A Check-In (CHK) refers to any interaction a Coach has with a student. The system tracks the number of days since the last check-in using the Reactive View in Sherpa.

Actions That Count as a Check-In:

✔ Any Recommendation (App, Badge, Personal Goal, Community, Mentor)

✔ Sending a Message

✔ Sending an SMS

✔ Posting to the Student’s Activity Stream

✔ Commenting on a Student’s Activity

📌 Once a Coach checks in, the Reactive View in the Sherpa table is updated automatically to reflect the latest interaction. The value of checkin updates to 0.
