How to Edit Your Email Notification Settings

To customize your email notifications, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to Settings

• Click the dropdown menu in the bottom left-hand corner of your homepage.

• Select Settings.
• 

2️⃣ Scroll to Communication Preferences

• Locate the Communication Preferences section.

3️⃣ Choose Notification Frequency
Adjust how often you receive emails for:

• Messages – Direct messages from other users in your Community.

• Personal Notifications – Updates on your goals, assigned coach, mentors, or mentees.

• Community Member Notifications – Announcements and event updates from your Community page.
