App Authors can add someone as a Collaborator from their team to support the creation of a new Learning App:

Collaborators can provide insight to App Authors as they develop Learning Apps, catching grammar mistakes, making suggestions on App structure, etc. Content development should be a team effort to ensure users in the Community have access to premium content during their learning experience.
