Coaching Best Practices: Info Tab Updates

Keeping student data up to date in the Info Tab is essential for Coaches to have an accurate snapshot of each student’s progress and background. This is especially important when students are assigned different Coaches throughout their learning journey, ensuring continuity of support.

• Helps Coaches provide personalized and informed guidance based on accurate student data.

• Ensures smooth transitions when students switch Coaches, allowing new Coaches to understand their history and needs.

Updating the Info Tab

💡 Note: Admins must enable a setting that allows Coaches to edit student information in the Info Tab. Once enabled, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Access the Info Tab – Navigate to the student's profile and open the Info Tab.
2️⃣ Click "View All" – This will display all editable fields.
3️⃣ Select "Edit Details" – Click the blue "Edit Details" button next to the category of the field you want to update.
4️⃣ Save Changes – Once updated, the new information will be visible to other users accessing the Info Tab.

Moving a Field to the Summary Tab

If you’d like specific fields to appear in the Summary Tab for quicker access, reach out to your Community Admin to request this change in the Sherpa Configuration Settings.
