Coaching Best Practices: The Proactive Score
What is the Proactive Score?
The Proactive Score is a comprehensive engagement indicator that helps Coaches assess a student's level of involvement. Ranging from 1 to 100, it considers multiple factors to determine how much support and supervision a student may need. A higher score suggests that the student is self-sufficient and requires minimal intervention, while a lower score indicates a greater need for proactive coaching and guidance.
🔹 Higher Score → Student is actively engaged and requires minimal supervision.
🔹 Lower Score → Student may need more attention and support.
