Admin Configuration Best Practices: Mentorship Participation By Default

All members have the option of opting in/out of mentorship participation.  Setting the default to “Yes” can encourage users to participate in mentoring which can add value to their platform experience. 

Admins should think about how a mentoring program is introduced to the users within their Community and set clear expectations for mentor-mentee interactions to best use this function.
