How do I download data reports?

1.User Data
To download all data related to your users from your Community Manager Tool, select "Users" from the "Org Structure" dropdown menu:
Use the search and bulk arrow functions to select the users you wish pull data for:
Once you have selected your desired group of users, select "Email as .csv" from the bulk arrow dropdown menu:
This will send an email with an attached CSV file containing all user data for that selected group:
2. Learning App Usage Data
As an admin, from your community manager tool click the Analytics Tab:
Click the App Authoring tab to view all App usage data:
Downloading "App Authoring pipeline data" will create a CSV file with basic information about each learning app and badge in your community.
Downloading "App usage data" will create a CSV file of all usage data for published learning apps and badges in your community.
Note: App Authors and App Publishers can also download a Learning App Usage Data from the Analytics tab on their Learning App Author page:
3. LRM Sherpa Data
As an admin, from your community manager tool click the Analytics Tab:
From the LRM tab, select the LRM View you wish to download data from (Note: for single-track coaching programs always select "Generic" view)
Click the download icon to create a CSV file with all student engagement data tracked in the LRM Sherpa tool:
